Yes, plenty of them. Check CFR 95 for details.
Depending on location and frequency your power may be limited to
500mw. Some areas are RF free. No radiation of ANY kind at all. this
includes computers wi-fi networks, cell phones, etc.
You can't interfere with ANY licensed service, unlicensed
applications such as wi-fi, garage door openers, etc thou not exactly
illegal will upset the neighborhood. Intereference with public
safety services can leave you liable for civil action in addition to
FCC legal action.
Try to keep things sheilded as much as possible. If you can keep it
on your property you can do what you want. If you are not
interefering with anyone no one will complain.
