I think it'll do 12kv 30mA transformer with 0.01 cap bank...because it is the closest to being safe, and would prob give out larger archs...possibly...

I had either the 9kv or 12kv that I was going to buy from a friend....I think the 12kv would be a better idea for my 4" secondary anyways, don't you think?

It "used" to be cool...  But no longer...  All the old books and
stuff from 5+ years back are all wrong now :-((

Better...  9kV transformers are tough...  Hard to say...  I would worry...
