What MMC Capacitors for a 4 MOT stack?

Hey guys

What value of MMC caps should I use with a 4 MOT stack? I plan to use 
an inductive welding rod core ballast to limit current and to double 
as a variac.

Primary is 15-16 turns. Secondary is 24 AWG wire with a 6" PVC core, 
30.5 tall. Donut shaped toroid made out of dryer hose with a wood 
center covered in aluminum tape.
