Ed, all,

I have located near cinder-block sized, 3-phase, EMI
line filters on ebay that were rated at 440 volts @
80 amps per phase in the past and indeed I am now
using one in my "Green Monster" coil's control panel.

Since I am running 240 volt single phase (well technically,
2-phase), I simply use 2 of the 3 "hot" phases, one for
each "hot" of the 240 volt input line. This filter is no whimp,
as it weighs in at over 30 lbs. Cameron Prince uses
one of these in his large coil's control panel, as well.

Ed, were you refering to single phase EMI filters only in
stating that 50 amps is the largest single EMI filter that
you have seen?
