   Do you have a diagram for the scr driver?  I believe I have most of the parts all the way back to the pulse transformer board.

I have a GE xray system that runs at 500kHz (a pair of SCRs in a 
multivibrator configuration) running off a couple hundred volts of 
NiCd. Saves mucho mass on the transformer.
