Since I have well over (100) 942c20p15k on hand. I think what the collective
wisdom seems to be is to increase the strings to 18 caps and use 12 rows.
I'll have to order more from Richardson's. I would rather not go the 940
route since I have many 942's. Does this seem more in the green range?

Yes, your right Terry! The 940C20P47K-F are right there for the task
at hand. The 0.15uF are so common to coilers, that maybe we bypass
what is right there available under our noses. Thanks for sharing
that. That expands my coiling universe a little bit.
