Hello again,

Here is the US source for the counter. It is Uses 
a Pic controller, and is therefore very flexible. 
Be sure to get version 2 of the Pic preprogrammed 
because it adds pulse width as well as 1 hz 
counting. The source code is online. The mounting 
is rather crude. If you want to make it flush 
with a panel display, I used four ¾? threaded 
standoffs and soldered two wire wrap sockets (had 
to cut them to the proper pin count) for 
sufficient standoffs for the displays and simply nibbled out my panel. Clean.
