DF-DRSSTC operation diagrams

Hi,

I have been getting a few question about how to hook up the CTs, 
IGBTS, and such in the DF-DRSSTC.  The schematics, parts lists, and 
notes are here:

But the schematic sort of assumes one already knows pretty much how
