How about the good Ol' " creepage disks" ?? ....I also have a 4" coil
, never had and sparks on the sec. (using static gaps ) . With all
else the same, I substituted with a rotary(ASYNC) and after a few
runs , could see the tracks of a few 'racing arcs',...didnt notice
them during the run...........this was approx 3kw input....
