	Unfortunately, you're neglecting the losses in this process, which are
the same as those which cause the very low Q of the Schumann
resonances.  No matter how much power you transmit, the reflections from
the antipode will be negligible.  Some guys claim the Q is really higher
but neglect the fact that the imagined path doesn't have the same length
or propagation velocity in all directions, due both to the earth's shape
and the variation in the index of refraction of the atmosphere.
