Dr. Resonance
I am suddenly having a problem with severe tool rusting in an otherwise dry basement where I play with the TCs and other ozone forming toys. I run fans and a large dehumidifier. A hygrometer says the humidity is a low 40%. The temperature is seldom above 75 F. The ozone levels are never stronger than what I consider to be just *smellable,*never strong or intolerable.
Is there any evidence out there to support the idea that low levels of ozone can cause rusting on iron/steel tools? Thanks.
