Just to follow up, I ordered the 37XR from http://www.circuitspecialists.com/
and thought I'd mention that they A) were the cheapest and B) have another
cheap meter that they'll throw in free if you order over $50, so you'll
have one to take those HV measurements with too :)
Price of meter was $112.65.
