Hi Miles,

All the parts can be ordered from digikey and the most expensive part 
is the ceramic wire wound resisters.  It would be easy to just build 
one and probably cheaper than what one would sell one for (assuming 
they have a spare).  If you dont have the perforated PCB, you can 
just get a piece of scrap acrylic sheet from your local plastics shop 
and drill holes for the components.
