no - you wouldn`t, coz -2.77Ohm (957uF) it`s not total matched Z -
it`s equivalent impedance of your primary cap and ballast ONLY,
WITHOUT any pfc capacitance!
so, as i said before - you`re ADDING another 700 uF to an ALREADY
existing 957uF :-)
to get unity power factor, you have to connect 7.35mH instead of pfc caps
- it`s like a 83amp welder %-)
