Dave,
I guess it really comes down to how often you think you would have a need for such a program. I have drawn plenty of meter faces with India ink and drafting stencils and it hardly cost me a dollar. Like I said, this is a very nice program and it works like a charm while being intuitive and easy to use. If you are into making a lot of meters or modifying salvaged ones, I suppose $24.95 isn't so bad. For someone like me with an occasional requirement for a new face on a salvaged meter, no way. My $.02. Regards.
