I've got a TC but I havn't been able to tune it to resonant frequency yet
due to lack of real capacitors. I've been using homade capacitors made out
of plastic shoeboxes and aluminum foil. The TC hasn't done anything at all.
I was wondering if the TC should be doing anything before it reaches
resonant frequency, or if I have another problem with it.
