Gday. Ive been following Terry's exploits with his DRSSTC and its got me
interested. So when I saw a pair of IGBT's going cheap I thought I might as
well give it a go. Theyre made by Eupec with a part number of
BSM300GB120DLC. The datasheet for them can be found at
http://www.eupec.com/gb/2_PRODUCTS/2_1_ProductRange/pdf/DB_BSM300GB120DLC_3_1.PDF
I'm just wondering if these would be suitable for coil work before I make
the purchase.
Cheers,
