Like others have already said, you will probably have no luck
trying to get one from your local power company. However, you
could try asking them who their supplier is or who rebuilds
the transformers for them. I located a distribution transformer
rebuilder in this fashion. Actually, the first rebuilder that
I talked to "chickened out" of selling me one at the last mo-
ment but promptly directed me to the telephone # of a competitor
who was more than willing to sell me whatever I wanted for the
right amount of green ;^) Your "luck" may vary....
