Well I am not any good on transformer design, I only have wound a few
filament transformers but the way I read ohm's law you will need about
62 1/2 amps plus any looses , you might want to go to 240v input.

I am perferably looking for plans to build a
transformer with an imput of 120v 5-20Amp and an
output of around 15kv and at least 500mA. Sorry for
the confusion ;-)
