The world is getting a bit crazy about something that has a more 
effective and cheaper solution.  RECYCLING.  A town in New Jersey, 
where I had lived for a number of years, collected electronic 
equipment the same way they took cans and bottles.  It went into a 
separate dumpster and never became landfill.  That is the best 
solution to a minor problem and is 100% effective in accomplishing 
the intended goal.
