Hi all,
I also heard from DC Cox today. When asked about the Teslathon, he said,
Yes, Teslathon will go on as scheduled on Sat, Sept 3rd (Labor Day
weekend). Starts at 1 PM. This year we will have "Mr. Electricico"
with his conductive suit shooting out 6-8 ft long sparks off his
fingers. If we don't burn him up that is!!!
Also, Big Bruiser with it's 28 ft long spark.
Also a 1,000,000 Volt Van de Graaff with 4 ft terminal.
Some press coverage also this year --- Wis. State Journal and local
TV is interested.
A large swap meet as I'm cleaning a lot of goodies out of the back
room --- caps, coils, coilforms, xmfrs, etc.
Please post this on the Tesla List for me if possible. I hope to
rejoin later this week.
