Dear forum members,
Please have a look at this item in ebay:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=4666&item=7508892635&rd=1
Using that gate driver seems to be very very easy. Is anybody having used,
surplus gate drivers like
this ? If so, how can I get them ? Is it possible for me to get samples of
those gate drivers ?
The gate driver 'SEMIDRIVER' is also included in this auction:
http://a0003.dedserv.odn.de/internet/gecont/pdf/SKHI21_22_A_B_H4.pdf
This gate driver is a 50kHz(max), +15/-8V, 8A peak output driver. Similar
gate drivers are found in
the semikron's website:
