obviously you didnt read my website on rolling your own caps...

its nearly impossible the first 5 tries   the sheets slip misalign and for 
the Laws of Murphy the length of the plastic change during rolling ( due to 
different diameters as the roll gets larger)

as far as rolling them tight...  start them on a piece of 3/4" dia PVC 
pipe...     lay out a large sheet of plastic to roll them on and make sure 
there is NO DUST NO DIRT NO NUTTIN on the plastic anywhere or Else it will 
die quickly once energized... and oh yaaa   be sure to pull a vacuum on the 
whole cap after its in the case with oil ...   you HAVE to remove all the 
air that was trapped in the rolling process....  ask me how I know 
this...   groan...
