Jerry,

A good bet is to inquire if any of the list members have an old spent NST 
you could use to scavenge the insulators off of. The other possibility is 
to let local sign shops know you are looking for an old burned out NST. I 
would imagine they would give you a good deal if they didn't have to carry 
it to the trash! I'll look in my boxes of insulators to see if I have 
anything you could use.
