I'm looking for suggestions on equipment sources for corona inception 
testing. Say up to 50kV, DC is of primary interest.  Are there companies 
that make test sets for this, or is it more of a "roll your own" 
process.  We're looking at brand new, not trying to cobble something up 
from Ebay.  The test set has to tolerate flashovers and component failures 
(implying limited stored energy)
