prewound Tesla secondary coils

If anyone doesn't have the patience or time to wind their own coils we are 
now offering some small coils already wound and insulated.

They are 4.5 OD coilforms with a 22 inch winding length of #30 AWG high 
temp wire.  Wire is a neat green in color.  We precoated the coilform with 
3 coats inside and out of red Glyptal.  These are lathe wound and very 
smooth in construction.  1 inch margin on top and 3 inch margin on bottom.

After winding the ends were taped 1 inch wide on each end with Teflon tape 
(best corona resistance tape) and then the entire coils were sealed with 4 
separate coats (4 days) of Dolph's AC-43 synthetic enamel.  A pair of 
internal coil flashover baffles were added --- one approx 4 inches in on 
each end and siliconed in place.

Produces 32-34 inch long sparks with a standard 12 or 15 kV NST operating 
at 60 mA.  Cap value was .026 uFD MMC style caps.  Sparkgap was 3 series 
gaps of 1/2 tungsten held in 1 x 1 inch square brass holders atop an insulator.

Requires your endplate and a toroid, and it's ready to go.  Available in US 
only --- don't want to mess with the paperwork hassle of foreign customs.
