Turns out this is an elderly 'scope, Gould hasn't built oscilloscopes for many
years.  The interface is likely to be rather user-UN-friendly so while it's
technically capable of doing the job, you might find a used analog Tektronix
to be much easier to use and quite a bit cheaper.  In the US we call a unit
like the Gould surplus or NOS (New Old Stock).  Black Market generally infers
something illegal.
