Paul:   Rf burns are a function of RF frequency. DC will produce no RF
burns. 2  Ghz will cook you. I have been burned with 23 Cm microwave
generated by a TC under special conditions. Normally a TC produces low 100
Khz frequency power and doesn't have the problems that higher frequencies
have. A cell phone operates just under 1 Ghz and has been proven to have
problems at that high frequency.
