If you answered NO to any of these questions, than a protection circuit is
definitely for you.
I would strongly second this, and more. Running NSTs without a filter is
like unprotected sex, ATV riding without a helmet, or drunk driving. Some
folks get away with it for years with no problem. Others get "tagged" their
first time out. Do you feel lucky today? Can you literally AFFORD to be wrong?
