SSTC Power FET's w/ High Speed Body Diodes

Attached is a URL to International Rectifer.  The parts listed
have internal hyperfast body diodes; no more schottky + HS
antiparallel diode to disable typically slow body diode.

Several AN show half and full bridge topologies using listed
parts with none of these extra parts.  Removal of parts are
the anti-thesis of "Murphy's Law", if the're not there, they
won't be a thorn in your as...

Parts are typical <$2.00 -at- 10K, single part cost should be
less then $10.
