Dan, somehow I doubt that... It's probably an
indicator light to tell if the PDT is working. At
night I see those little red lights over just about
every pole pig, and the pigs we have around are rather
large (have a 25kVA one across the street and a 50kVA
one just outside.) I don't think that the 8 houses or
so that these piggies feed will be cumulatively using
75kVA :)
