hi godfrey,

that's certainly possible, i talked to the man yesterday,
the guy has the circuit diagram and there seems to be
a pre-power supply missing, also according to the
schematic the transformer is internally rectified.
150kv 500ma DC.
make one heck of a battery charger, :p
