Hi.

i recently couldnt avoid getting one of these blocks from ebay
for little money, and while googling for the voltage/current
specs (which i was unable to find) i ran into a december-2003
thread about that device on this list. Since the thread was
mostly guessing and hearsay (no, not every largish cylindrical
component is a capacitor... ;) i thought some subscribers might
be interested in what i discovered so far.
