True, steel is very poor conductor (at ANY frequency) when compared with 
copper, but the difference is significant only when the conductor is a 
long, thin wire. If you're comparing a Cu sphere vs. a SS sphere, the 
difference in resistance between any two points on the sphere would be in 
milli or micro Ohms with zero impact on performance.

Consider the cost of these versus stainless steel (lawn ornament orbs)
(~4x), would these make all that much difference? I know ss sucks as a RF
conductor.
