.0125uf per string if 12 caps of 0.15uF:
if both strings are connected in parallel: .025uF
If both strings are connected in series: .00625uF

How much spacing do you have between caps?
What type of caps (p/n)?

I suspect the MMC as well. It could be mechanical in nature, cap type, or
possibly connection. More info would be helpful.
