Nothing else setup another acct and relist again and again (with an 
increasing # after the username). I do this to sell DVD's and hard drives 
full of mp3's and divx files pretty often (on my 8th "disposable" acct in 6 
months). I'd like to know their explanation of why you can't sell a cap, 
even tho pole pigs are listed and they are just as deadly in the hands of 
the ignorant. Anyway, with filter caps like yours the internal construction 
won't take too many bangs. Usually the foil/dielectric rolls are connected 
with a thin strip of foil that literally blows apart like a fuse if the cap 
is shorted over and over or it rips from the roll from magnetic forces. 
Also, if it's paper dielectric (or something that's rf lossy) it will heat 
up rather quickly, sometimes to the point of blowing up ( I think I'll 
remember not to use 5 kvar pfc caps again).
