I'm having ratio out the one we received next Wed so I can advise.  I also
thought the 44.3 kV output rating was a bit strange.  I will report our
findings next week.

I was also surprised because Brent DeBolt has a PhD and I wouldn't expect
someone with that much education to make such a simple error.

Will advise.
