We run them with an adjustable unit --- they seem to work well around 22
KHZ.

I have a unit, but I can't share it due to commercial restrictions (we use
it in our commercial products).

A standard dual MOSFET switcher will work fine with it.  We run ours around
300 watts to charge cap banks through a doubler circuit.
