Try C & H Sales.  http://www.aaaim-dot-com/CandH/index.htm  They usually have an
assortment of  surplus panel meters.  You may need to add shunts, series
resistors, etc. to get the scale you want, but the prices are very good.  If
you want to gamble, they will sell you a 10 meter assortment for $16.50.
