Thats how i made my toroid for my six inch coil, i bolted to pizza pans
together. The od was about 12" and i used 6.5" Al flexduct and it is very
nice and sturdy, although my pizza pans looked sturdyer than the one you
have a picture of, you can get nice 9" od or 12" od pizza trays at Target.
