I sincerely appologise for the difficulties.  I have forwarded your email 
to the proper persons to look into the matter more.  I do see that you 
ordered the .10uF caps on Sept 1, which may be on backorder.

It typically takes CDE 8-10 weeks to make a manufacturing run; since we 
can't anticipate incoming orders, we are unable to always have caps in stock.
