I also use these 1600V/0.33uF CD 942C series (4 Strings of 15)

IMHO for medium to high power coils these are a significantly better choice
than the 2kv/0.15uF in terms of $/uF/volt.

They can be obtained from Richardson Electronics for around the same cost
per unit as the CD caps that the Geek Group purchases and re-sells. (Known
now as Geek Group Caps)

They are essentially the same cap as the Geek caps just a differnet value of
C and V. I'd suggest you do your own $/uF/V sums for your design before you
select what is best in your situation. The 1600v/0.33uF has excellent Ipk,
dv/dt and Irms capability too.
