Here's the datasheet http://www.electrocube-dot-com/pdf/cap9.pdf

They are all metallized, not film/foil construction. That means the peak 
current capability is quite low and they may explode :( The round type 
Cornell Dubilier caps (Geek Group caps) can be bought in sizes up to 1uf, 
give you a little more bang for your buck, and are known good performers in 
Tesla coil circuits.
