Hi Ken,
It took a while to find (under coffee table hiding in plain sight??) But
I finally got it.
"Power Electronics", PowerElectronics-dot-com, December, 2001 (Seemed like
just last month that I read it??), Page #30, "MOSFET Synchronous
Rectifiers Require Attention To Gate Charge"

Power electronics is one of my favourite magazines, It always has info
that just seems to fall into our tesla cravings.

"Power Electronic Systems", www.pcim-dot-com, Is also a very good Mag, May
2001 page #42, "Soft Switched, Phase-Shifted Topology Cuts MOSFET
Switching Stresses in FBCs" Is also very interesting and may offer some
good info.

Take care,
Marc M.
