Dave: I have a problem caused by thermal expansion. I did not pre coat my
PVC or acetone pre wash the surface before winding and my resin did not bond
well so I developed thermal separation cracks up to 1 Cm as the wire moved
down my coil form. The glyptal pre coat would have  would have prevented
this.
