Re: Stacatto VTTC Double Cycle Pulsing . . .Boards

Are you referring to my experiment at my site, where i made the pulse
lenght long enough for 2 AC cycles per pulse with a number of off
pulses? The idea is at my site page:
http://hot-streamer-dot-com/srward16/staccato.htm
near the bottom, i talk about it. Basically, the 20k pot (not the 50k pot)
needs to be upped to about 100k or a bit more. The 20k pot controls the
pulse length. A o-scope may be helpful in experimenting with this. Im not
sure what is needed for 3 series pulses, ect.. But i will gladly find out
if anyone is interested. It would only take a few extra resistors, and
possibly a selector switch in order to easily switch from 1,2,3 etc,
seriesed pulses. It could be useful. It made the spaks look really
intense with my dual 833A coil, as the eye will see 2X the number of
sparks. And since the sparks all start at the same point, the base of the
arc looks especially thick! If anyone has any further questions, i would
love to hear them!
Steve Ward.
