The best way is to use a small hand-held torch and feed with hydrogen/oxygen
gas mixture from a few small bottles (welding suppliers).  Plastic
fabricators call this "flame polishing" and it gives a very clear edge with
only a single pass.

The dangerous part is that you can not see the flame at all --- it's totally
invisible and will give you a very nasty burn if you get the slightest bit
careless.
