Unidentified Cap

Does anyone recognize this Capacitor.
It came out of the power supply sitting next to it.
The measured value is .204uf.
There is no markings at all on it. The supply has no markings as well. The 
unit that has the transformer is not a production unit, since lots of the 
parts in it were hand fabricated, possible skunkworks type stuff. The 
supply did have diode stacks as well as a large high voltage cable 
connection for the output.. This cap is about 20 to 24 inches long, and 8 
to 10 inches in diameter.
