Variac Schematic question.

Hello People,

  I bought this variac on ebay and I am having trouble figuring out how to 
hook it up
for standard line and variable output.
Could some please take a look at the link provided below and perhaps tell me
how this should be hooked up? I plan on using it to run a simple table top 
coil.
