I bought 100 of these way back, and have used then in
strings of 14. At 14 * 1600 = 22,400, I assumed this
was a conservative number. I used them at 15/30, 15/60
and 15/90 nst, and 14.4 5-6 kVA pig power. I used up
to seven strings. I never used them over 15 kV,
(21,213 peak) but I recently measured my MMC and
noticed a considerable reduction in capacitance. While
I never had a failure, (except for when my undersized
bleed resistor caught on fire), the reduction in
capacitance indicates there was significant
self-healing going on.

This is just one person's experience, but I'd consider
going a little more conservative than 14 per string.
